Agreement

By downloading, installing, or using Aqua Chomp ("the app"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

Aqua Chomp is developed and operated by ShellCorp. These terms apply to the iOS app and the website at aquachomp.com.

Use of the App

You agree to:

• • Use the app for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes
• • Not exploit bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities for unfair advantage
• • Not use automated tools, bots, or scripts to play the game
• • Not harass, threaten, or abuse other players
• • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the app
• • Keep your account credentials secure

Accounts

You are responsible for all activity under your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in cheating, or disrupt other players' experience.

Display names must not contain offensive, hateful, or inappropriate content. We may change or reset names that violate this policy.

In-App Purchases

Aqua Chomp may offer in-app purchases. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms. Purchases are final and non-refundable unless required by applicable law.

Virtual items and currency have no real-world value and cannot be transferred, traded, or exchanged for real money.

User Content

Content you create in the app (aquarium designs, display names, guild names) must not violate any laws or contain offensive material. We may remove content that violates these terms without notice.

By creating content in the app, you grant ShellCorp a non-exclusive, worldwide license to display that content within the game and on aquachomp.com (e.g., shared aquariums, leaderboards).

Intellectual Property

All game content, artwork, code, and assets are owned by ShellCorp and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any game content without written permission.

Availability

We strive to keep Aqua Chomp available and running smoothly, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or changes at any time. We reserve the right to discontinue the app or any features at our discretion.

Limitation of Liability

Aqua Chomp is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShellCorp shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of game progress or virtual items.

Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. We will notify users of significant changes through the app or website.
