Aqua Chomp ("we", "our", or "the app") is developed by ShellCorp. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use Aqua Chomp on iOS or visit aquachomp.com.

We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal data. We collect only what is necessary to provide a great gaming experience.

Information We Collect

Account Data

When you create an account, we store a unique player identifier, your chosen display name, and your game progress. No email address or real name is required.

Game Data

We collect gameplay data including fish caught, battle results, arena rankings, guild membership, and aquarium configurations. This data is stored on our servers to enable online features like leaderboards, PvP arena, and guilds.

Advertising

Aqua Chomp uses Google AdMob to display ads. AdMob may collect device identifiers (such as the Advertising Identifier/IDFA) and usage data to serve personalized ads. You can opt out of personalized ads through the App Tracking Transparency prompt or in your device settings under Privacy > Tracking.

Analytics

We do not use third-party analytics services. We may collect aggregate, non-identifying usage statistics from our own servers (such as total players or total fish caught) to improve the game.

How We Use Your Data

Your game data is retained as long as your account is active. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data by contacting us. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.

Children's Privacy

Aqua Chomp is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, please contact us and we will delete it.

Depending on your location, you may have the right to:
